Comercial de Campo manufactures its cheese in the traditional Chilean style using milk from their farm-raised animals. The country-raised animals produce dairy products offering a mixture of flavors of the quiet countryside with the clean, smooth taste of crystal clear waters flowing from the Andes Mountains.
Comercial de Campo is a joint-venture between two well-known and respected farms from the Chilean mountains, El Roble and Los Tilos. These farms have both over 100 years experience in raising dairy cows, using only the highest standards to produce some of the finest quality dairy products on the market today. A longtime favorite throughout Chile, we are now pleased to bring these delicious products to the international market.
